Hi, I’m Darren

Three Little Birds brings together two approaches — coaching and consultancy — to provide strategic support while fostering genuine personal development. With over two decades of experience across media, advertising, startups and leadership roles, I’ve designed this practice to help individuals and businesses move from intention to meaningful action.

I’ve spent time in the corporate, SME and start up worlds, and I’ve been a founder myself. I’ve raised investment, lost a business and been involved in exits. I’ve felt the imposter syndrome and I understand what it’s like to navigate spaces where you’re often one of few. Which means I know how transformative it can be to have someone in your corner who sees you, understands you, and encourages you to step into your best self.
